This Berry Glow Bowl is a dairy-free, creamy, protein-packed breakfast that feels like a mini vacation in a bowl! It’s refreshing, energizing, and the perfect way to start your day. And I’m giving a little extra spotlight to one of my favorite powerhouse ingredients, bee pollen!
If you haven’t tried bee pollen before, this yogurt bowl is a great place to start. Those tiny golden granules might look like a garnish, but they offer a gentle floral sweetness that pairs beautifully with creamy yogurt and juicy fresh fruit. Even better, bee pollen is naturally rich in B vitamins, antioxidants, and plant compounds that support energy, immunity, and overall vitality. Just a little sprinkle adds something really special, both in flavor and nutrition! You can use it in smoothies, sprinkle it over oatmeal, stir it into chia pudding, or try it like this on top of your favorite breakfast bowl!

A creamy, dairy-free yogurt bowl with juicy fruit, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and bee pollen for a vibrant, energizing breakfast!
Berry Glow Bowls

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
150 grams Forager unsweetened cashew coconut yogurt (about 2/3 cup)
1 scoop plant based protein powder (aim for 15g protein or more)
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 strawberries, sliced
10 blueberries
1 teaspoon bee pollen
2 teaspoons sprouted pumpkin seeds
Splash of unsweetened almond milk (optional, to adjust texture)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and protein powder together until completely smooth. Add a splash of almond milk if you need to thin the texture a bit.
Spoon the mixture into your favorite bowl.
Top with kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and finish with a sprinkle of bee pollen.

Notes:
Feel free to swap the fruit based on what’s in season. Mango, pineapple, raspberries, or pomegranate seeds would all be delicious here.
If you’re not dairy-free, Greek yogurt is also a great option. It’s naturally high in protein, so you may find the added protein powder is optional in that version, depending on your needs.
If you’re new to bee pollen, start with a small amount to make sure your body tolerates it well.
If you have an allergy to bees or honey, bee pollen is not recommended.
Meal Prep:
For easy meal prep, multiply the recipe by 3 or 4, and portion the yogurt mixture into individual containers or jars. Store in the fridge for up to three days.
You can slice firmer fruits like kiwi or pineapple ahead of time and store them separately. Add the fruit, seeds, and bee pollen to your protein yogurt mix in the morning.
